FACILITATION EXAMPLES

Creating Engaging Learning Experiences

I am a laid back faciltator who creates a safe environment for every participant to engage in the course. I'm a natural storyteller and share relevant content that may help illustrate the content in a way that connects to the participants. I utilize technology whenever possible in order to engage participants in an online environment or create engaging, competitive learning moments in person.
A good facilitator uses all tools available, but relies heavily on engaging the participants as much as possible. Creating those networking, collaborative, and ah-ha opportunities is key for every session. I can deliver all of that.
