Creating Seamless Online Learning Experiences

Over the last decade, I've served as technical producer for many different types of online classes. Each class had unique goals, participants, facilitator needs, and complexities that challenged me and also allowed me to grow my knowledge around producing. From moving through slides to putting people into complex breakout rooms to using the annotation tools to better engage the participants, I have prided myself on creating an environment that both the facilitator(s) and participants have everything they need when they need it.
