Engaging e-Learnings and Rapid Instructional Design

Training doesn't have to be boring -- there, I said it. 

I've spend the last decade building visually pleasing, engaging e-Learnings and instructor led trainings. I believe in modern learner principals, which includes short, micro-learnings, typically on-demand using various technology options.

Whether you need me to take your existing eLearning storyboard and bring it to life on the screen OR you need me to help you develop your content and course from scratch, I can help you create a custom, engaging, and impactful e-Learning course.

DECISION MAKING E-LEARNING

Articulate Storyline 360

This project was to create an e-Learning that served as a follow up case study for a module on Decision Making. The audience was new or aspiring managers. We took an existing, in-person training and turned it into a self-paced, on demand manager training with a certification. 


This video shows a portion of that training and shows various interactions created within Articulate Storyline 360. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMUNICATION E-LEARNING

Articulate Storyline 360

This project was to create an e-Learning on the different communication responsibilities a manager has. The audience was new or aspiring managers. We took an existing, in-person training and turned it into a self-paced, on demand manager training with a certification. 

This video shows a portion of that training and shows how the participant can interact with the e-Learning on open-ended questions, just like in a classroom setting. This e-Learning was created in Articulate Storyline 360.

INCLUSIVE LEADERS AT HONEYWELL

Articulate Rise 360

This project had me create an Inclusion and Diversity training our for leaders within Honeywell. This training goes beyond definitions of inclusion and diversity and centered more around what this looks like in practice and how people can become inclusive leaders themselves. 

This example shows some of the interactions available in the training e-Learning. I tried to use videos, handouts, and interactions to make this content more digestible. 

FACILITATION "HOW TO" AND BEST PRACTICES

Articulate Rise 360

This project's ask was to create a short e-Learning of how-to's and best practices for facilitators. For this program, business professionals were asked to take this training, then delivery content to the Company as representatives from HR or as a Business Partner.
